Privacy, plainly.
We collect almost nothing. We don't sell anything, and we don't run ad trackers. Here's the short version — written without lawyers — covering what happens when you visit jadeflows.com, email us, or book a consult.

The short version
This website is a brochure. It's here to show what JadeFlows does, who we do it for, and how to start a conversation. You can read every page without telling us a thing.
The only time we learn anything about you is when you reach out — by emailing us or booking a consult. We use that to reply, and nothing else. No newsletter, no ad pixels, no data sales. That's the whole story; the rest of this page is the detail.
What we collect
- What you put in an email. — when you write to hello@jadeflows.com, we receive your message, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us (often a business name and what you're trying to fix). It sits in our inbox so we can answer you.
- What you enter to book a consult. — our booking calendar is run by Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. When you pick a time, the name, email, and any notes you type go to Cal.com, who shares them back with us so we can show up to the call. That handoff is covered by Cal.com's own privacy policy, not ours.
That is the entire list. We don't ask for your name, phone number, or anything else just to browse the site.
What we don't collect
- No cookies set by this site.
- No ad trackers or remarketing — no Google Ads tag, no Meta Pixel, no TikTok pixel, no LinkedIn Insight tag.
- No analytics scripts running in your browser. (See the next section for the aggregate, anonymous numbers our host gives us.)
- No newsletter and no marketing texts. There's nothing to subscribe to, so there's no list to be on.
- No data sales. Ever. Not now, not later, not "in aggregate."
How traffic stats work
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs — the kind every site on the internet generates — and shows us aggregate, anonymous traffic numbers: roughly how many people visited, which pages, and which country they came from.
There's no cookie involved and no way for us to identify you from it. We see numbers like "the pricing page had 300 views last month" — we do not see, and cannot see, who those visitors were or how to reach them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you — which, for this website, is almost certainly just an email thread. We'll do it free of charge and reply within 30 days. Just write to hello@jadeflows.com.
If you live somewhere with formal privacy laws — California's CCPA, the EU's GDPR, and similar frameworks — those rights apply here too. Tell us what you want and we'll honor it.
Updates to this policy
If we materially change what we collect or how we use it — for example, when we launch tools that ask for more than an email — we'll update the date stamp at the top of this page and rewrite the relevant section in the same plain English. No surprise changes, no buried fine print.
